Calmer Summer is a small, virtual group created for mums who are looking for a little more support before the summer holidays begin.

Over four weekly sessions, you'll have the opportunity to slow down, reflect, learn practical tools for managing stress and overwhelm, and connect with other mums who understand the challenges of carrying so much for everyone else.

This is not about adding more to your to-do list. It's about creating space for yourself, building sustainable habits, and heading into summer feeling more grounded and prepared.

When: Wednesdays, June 17, 24, July 1, and July 8, 2026

Time: 9:30 AM BST

Format: Virtual, 90-minute sessions

Investment: £100

Group Size: Limited to 8 participants to encourage connection, discussion, and support.
