A Portugal Retreat for Mothers Ready to Exhale
A Portugal burnout reset retreat created for the mother who has been holding everything together, caring for everyone else, and quietly wondering when she gets to feel like herself again.
Join us in the peaceful countryside of Portugal for 3 nights and 4 days of rest, connection, nervous system support, and space to finally exhale.
Founding Member pricing is now available for a limited time.
Only 8 retreat guest spots are available.
You have been carrying so much.
You take care of everyone else.
The schedules. The responsibilities. The endless mental load.
You keep showing up because that's what mothers do.
But somewhere along the way, you may have forgotten what it feels like to simply slow down and take care of yourself.
The Exhale Retreat was created for mothers who are ready to rest, reconnect, and remember who they are beyond everything they carry.
For a few days, you don't have to hold it all together.
The weekend after Mother's Day. Because the women who spend so much time caring for others deserve to be cared for, too.

A Unique Part of the Exhale Retreat
One of the experiences woven throughout the retreat is guided Brainspotting.
As mothers, we often find ourselves pulled in different directions. Part of us wants to slow down. Part of us wants to be more present. Part of us dreams of feeling energized, connected, and confident again. Yet another part may feel stretched thin by the responsibilities and demands of everyday life.
Through guided Brainspotting experiences, you'll have opportunities to slow down, tune in, and explore these different parts of yourself with curiosity and self-compassion.
You may connect with the part of you that longs for more balance.
The part of you that has been carrying responsibility for everyone else.
The part of you that remembers your goals, dreams, and passions.
And the part of you that is ready for a new chapter.
These experiences are designed to support greater self-awareness, personal insight, and clarity as you reflect on where you are, where you want to go, and how you want to show up for yourself and the people you love.
No previous experience is necessary. Participation is always optional.

Hi, I’m Barbara
I created this retreat for the women who have been carrying so much for so long that they barely remember what it feels like to truly rest.
As a mother, military spouse, counselor, and coach, I understand what it’s like to constantly pour into everyone else while quietly running on empty yourself. So much of modern motherhood teaches us to keep pushing, keep producing, and keep holding it all together, even when our nervous systems are asking for a pause.
This retreat is not about perfection, pressure, or becoming someone new.
It’s about slowing down enough to reconnect with the version of yourself underneath the stress, the mental load, and the constant responsibilities.
Over a few beautiful days in Portugal, my hope is that you feel supported, grounded, cared for, and reminded that you are allowed to take up space too.
You deserve rest.
You deserve connection.
You deserve experiences that pour back into you.
I cannot wait to welcome you.
